Discuss Main switch or Circuit breaker section in the Periodic Inspection Reporting & Certification area at ElectriciansForums.net

Hey guys, just wondered what you guys do as I had a difference of opinion and happy to accept if I'm wrong, or if indeed neither of us are wrong and just have different ways of doing things!
In the "main switch or circuit breaker" section of an EIC if I've replaced a fuse board I would put the details of the protective device supplying the fuse board BS type/current rating etc. Talking to another spark, if he replaces a fuse board he would write the main switch details etc of the new fuse board he just replaced.
It's a silly Tuesday afternoon question, and my guess is that is says "main switch OR circuit breaker details" so either would be fine? Personally I would prefer to see the protective device details of that fuseboard if I came across it.
what's the general feeling? Right? wrong? Neither?
Cheers

right to enter details of main switch ( or RCD if upfront). it's the isolator for the installation. the main fuse details are entered in details of suppliers OCPD. so he's right. you're wrong. bloody fast fingers, geoff. lol.
