Hi guys just starting up looking to get a mft not too picky about the manufacture as long as it does all the checks required.

Looking to spend about £200 to £300?

And it'll be calibrated

Hi Guys -

Be careful, not all new MFT's will come supplied with a calibration certificate (that is a certificate with all of the calibration test results and test ranges). Dilog's 9083p comes supplied with a 'certificate of conformity' which states that:

'The instrument supplied as been manufactured and tested to specification using standard procedures. The instruments used during test are maintained and calibrated traceable to NAtional Standards in accordance with manufacturing and quality control procedures to the requirements of BS EN ISO9001:2000 certificate no Q05356'

A certificate of conformity will usually suffice the first year of calibration from date of commission. However if you require an official calibration certificate, be prepared to pay an additional cost. You can see which new MFT's come supplied with an official calibration certificate by clicking the link.

Cheers!

i have a Metrel eurotestCOMBO for sale, it's on ebay for £300 but if you buy outside of ebay then i'll knock off 10% as i will save seller fees. it's only a year old, still looks like new, 10 months calibration left and comes with the receipt.
