Minor Works Cert - No CPC

I've just installed a couple of additional 12v down lights and changed extractor fan in a bathroom. The lighting circuit is one with no CPC.
How would you complete a MEW?
Obviously tests are limited in this case, but where would you use LIM, X, - etc in the relevant boxes?

Sorry Wicks but you need to supply an earth/cpc to the accessories in a bathroom plus ensure they are IP rated with a Zs that is needed.

No earth/cpc = don't add on. Unless you supply the cpc.

Just finished job. Stuck in CPC regardless and tested as normal.
Does seen a little pointless. Only existing wiring was used and all accessores are class 2. So I have just earthed a joint box.
Makes testing easier and have reccomended upgrade, so may bring more work eventually.
