As above are rcds that fit on duel rcd boards polarity sensitive? Eg can they be installed with the busbar on ten other side??

use a RCD that is handed for the way you need .

MK have a lhs main isolator with RCD's following suit, BG have a rhs main isolator with RCD's following suit, you have both options with the brands you have mentioned, so why would you want to swap the bus-bar? use one or the other.
