You just provide certification for the work you have done so if you installed 1 circuit then you certificate that 1 circuit.

You do need to check the bonding and earthing and may have to upgrade them, then you need to assess the impact that your work will have on the existing installation, and finally if you have any comments on the existing installation then you can comment on that on the EIC, but that really is the extent of your responsibilities
