This whole annual visit thing does my head in. Do we forget how to do it or something? I think a greater interest in reports of bad work might be more appropriate...

We re-sit ACS every five years, gas safe visits are more random.
Some people are visited very regular and others years apart.

You'd think that the basis of BS7671 is safety of all. It should be classed as public information and therefore they should only charge a nominal fee for admin especially as it can be used as the reference to which the statues are enforced.
