Hi, and thanks for these forms. One thing i can't manage to do though is save these forms as a pdf as an uneditable pdf. If i fill in one of these forms and email it to a customer the customer can re-edit it, obviously that's not good.
I fill out my other certs using some free certs i downloaded, for those i use open office, from that program i can create a PDF which can't be edited, however open office can't use these files.

Hi Tester Steve,

I really appeciate you providing these, thanks.

I have found a few typo's though, if I PM them to you, would you be prepared to edit the original?

Thank you Steve...great stuff. (Typos ? ...yes but still usable)....well done

Right, here's a list (was a bit unfair to just say "typos" without saying where they are)

Six in total, on 6 of the 9 pages. That I found I might add so may be more.

Page 1 - "J" "IInstallation earth electrode"

Page 2 - "E" "Overall assessment of the of the"

Page 5 - "Test instruments used" "Othere"

Page 6 - "2.0" " Presence of addequate"

Page 7 - "5.7" "Presence and adequacy of of"

Page 9 - "6" "Some operational limitations such as such as"

.....feel like a right one listing typo's .... but I was a bit gutted, can't issue this to people / businesses really. Back to the handwritten way.

OP can we update the original?

Sorry to be a penickerty (spelt right ???) person.

Spartykus.

ps this in the single board EICR.

Im guessing alot of you are using these then, to be honest i can't see many customers reading through it and spotting the mistakes.

Ones full of mistakes?

Sorry I would never use an un spell checked report pro forma.... This is a business Im running & I started as I mean to go on!

You issue yours with typos! I'd spot them lol

Well done mark, but forms are still missing a tick box to confirm supply polarity in section I 'number and type of live conductors' as shown in model forms from IET and the handout I got from Select on EICRs.
