Hi all. I currently work in the insurance industry and have taken VR and will be looking to start a career as an electrician. I'll use my redundancy money to retrain full time to gain my qualifications.

Just after your assistance as to what training centre is the best one to go with and what courses I should go with. I was thinking of gaining level 2 and then trying to get in as a mate and then gaining some experience on the job and then taking level 3.

Would just appreciate you thoughts. I'm 45 but I want to learn, work hard and get a career but not cut any corners.

Thanks all.

Welcome, plenty of people on here in similar situations, hope you get sorted!
