Newbie Introduction 1st of my initial 6 posts

Hi everyone,

I'm Rohan and am new to all things electrical. I have no building trade or electrical background at all. I'm studying for my '2357 level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrotechnical Technology' and am having a hard time with it. Please help by befriending me and answering some of my many homework questions.

On here, many will help you, but not do your homework for you, if that makes sence...
Keep any questions sensible would be my advice...

Welcome to the forum and good luck with the training.
It will become easier over time, make sure you understand why you are doing something and the details should become easier.

As Earthstore says if you have made an attempt at a question the forum can guide you to the right answer, but direct posts of questions with no attempt on your side to try and give the answer will get little good response.

It is also always a good idea to search the forum and see if the question has already been asked.
