those plastic caps are a nightmare to get out though, rarely do they just pop to one side, usually just deeper into the hole.60 posts when all you need to do is cut the cpc's off, put plastic caps over the plate screw heads and provide extra security against them falling out with a bit of blu tac.
ill stick to just forcing them out and throwing them in the binTry using electricians tape placed over the cap then they sometimes pull out.
