Just wondering if anyone else is in a similar situation and if so how do you manage it all
I would be working as a mate / improver . But my Mrs works 7.30 till 6.30
Basically I have to do child drop off and pick up at school between 7.45 and 5.30

Pay someone else to do the collection and keep the kid till the missus can pick them up.

Bear in mind that employers can be flexible so ask around. My boss would be grateful for more people who would show up at least 3 days a week at the moment, let alone someone who will do 5 days with time constraints. Hands up I've had tues/wed off with man-flu this week but that is an exception to the rule with me

Don't know why my boss has been having so much trouble but any agency he's used has supplied abolute workshy numpties that get replaced with even worse! Is it that agencies are the problems? If so, if you can't get the services of a spark you know or have been recomended, where do you look?

The only thing short is the pay............
