What i dont get is if you charge per circuit, what happens if you have 4 cables stuffed into an mcb? Is that still one circuit
IMO If its 2 sets of lighting ie 1 core feeding Switched supplies and second feeding EMS id charge 1 for each pair on cert put then after all other circuits as 1L1 A 1L1B if that helps
