You can go with whoever will accept you, but there is a catch. If you go with a company you are already a customer of then it is relatively easy. If you go with one you are not already a customer of then they have to go through the money laundering regulations rigmarole of confirming identity and address, eg check your passport and a utility bill or equivalents.
