Welcome to the forum Lee.

You state in your profile you're an electrician, what qualifications do you have. Is this a design you're doing for a customer

Lee welcome to the forum, to be honest there are just to many variables to give an answer, we need a lot more info, have you done any of your own calculations.
You will find that if you offer up your thoughts and ideas then the guys will be more willing to assist.

The supply will be coming from the existing fuse board located inside the house. And then to a junction box outside and then an SWA run from the box into the garage and into a garage DB with a 40a 30Ma RCD WITH A 32a and a 6a breaker
