Hello,
I have a CEE to UK plug adaptor, when I plug something in I need to press the plug with force. I noticed inside the earth pin hole, it was very scratched and some plastic coming off from shutter part. If I use a Plug with a Plastic Pin plug, It is easier to plug it in.

Is there a way I can fix this?

probablyjust wear and tear. time to buy a new adapter, methinks.

Please be aware that some of these adaptors reverse the neutral/live so the fuse in your plug will not be through the live, best to check.
