Replacing fused switch with Smart Switch

In the hallway we have a fused switch that operates the towel ladder in the downstairs bathroom. Any possible issues in replacing with a smart switch? I don't know of any with an integrated fuse.

The above-suggested switch seems your best choice.

If you had to use one from a given family of smart switches for central control you could always fit a smart switch along side (and fed from) the existing fused one, if necessary changing it to an unswitched fused outlet:
