Hi all looking for a bit of advice. I've been asked to price a rewire for a early 70's build 2 bed apartment. The apartment block was built in the very early 70's. It has 2 consumer units (one being economy 7) and appears to have underfloor heating in the rooms, 2 storage heaters & an immersion heater running from the economy 7 board. 2 of the bedrooms have had the storage heaters replaced with convector heaters, fed from a FCU off the RFC. I'm thinking about asking the client if she would rather go with new smart controlled electric radiators in the rooms, and put the immersion on a timer to try and eliminate the need for the second DB. I mentioned the UFH and she didn't even know it was there, and didn't seem that fussed about using it, assuming it actually still works. Would these changes massively increase her electricity bills? There is no gas in the building either. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

you ask the team about the input ,has you are designing it tell your client what their requirements are and go for that ,our ideas might not suit the your client ...where did I put that piece of string .
