That sounds a bit busy - did you expect it or are you being exploited? and at your age!
Fortunately, I am always on holiday too...retiral does that for you!
Having said that, since I got involved with a charity recently I have been working 9-5, five days a week, not being paid, obviously,
however, my wife loves it! Peace for her all day!
 
Out of office on email, voicemail on phone, tell all your on going jobs well ahead and relax. Don't answer work phone calls, set your phone to only answer certain numbers etc. Your customers won't mind and if they do you don't want those type of customers anyway. Seriously take a break or else what's the point.
 
b-i-l lives in achfary. if he needs any materials it's 80 miles to inverness. 4 hour return trip.
