Texecom 24 programming

Hi Guys/Girls
I've installed recently Texecom premier elite 24, very basic setup:
1 door contact, 3 PIR's downstairs and 1 PIR upstairs all wired DEOL and set as Area A (B is reserved for garage), 1 keypad, 2 external sounders, SmartCom module, all works fine but need bit of advise on programming.
Basically i need it to Part arm 3 itself at say 00:00 and disarm at 05:00 but - as my better half worries that if she comes downstairs half a sleep and alarm starts beep she may not disarm it on time - so it also need to deactivate itself if motion is detected on upstairs sensor.
I guess all that can be achieved using custom outputs but i cant get my head around it.
I've manage to set it up like that using SmartCom app and recipe but did not have time to test it fully.
But i prefer to set it in Wintex so is coded to panel.
Any help would be much appreciated...

ring up texecom.tell them what you have got .they will go through the set up with you .

I have a PIR in the hall looking at the stairs and a RKP by the front door/ stairs. The pir is only there to start entry beeps as I come down the last couple of stairs to remind me to turn off the alarm.

Pir on the stairs is that for E/E or door contact.

Pir works as EE when part set ( bedtime) and is omitted when entering the front door on the normal EE.

PIR zone type is guard acccess
Attributes 1 - entry/exit 2 is ticked
