The fixings of the cable tray were in a poor condition of the accident.Im not surprised with 300 tonnes of train pulling on them..

A tutor at college once told me that unfortunately common sense isn't a fruit that grows on everyone tree. Hence the need for all the H&S stuff.Why has someone not put the pieces together and thought Mhmm I wonder if that cable hanging down might catch on a train, better secure it. Is it really that hard?
