I picked up a reference to this supplier on these here Forums as an excellent advancement in Home Automation Products....... LightwaveRF - Take control It has taken ages to get set up with an account along with trade pricing only to find out $crewfix now supply direct at the same price level as their trade pricing!!! When I asked to confirm the pricing structure was correct, then pointing out the price MY customers can buy at all I got was a "so what" attitude....not a happy bunny, looked so promising.....lets hope they mend their attitude
