Hello All, I recently bought a property and needed some informaton about Triton shower in our bathroom. Any help would be highly appreciated.
I have triton caselona 2 and it operates with pull cord.

The problem is that the stop dial does not work. So you pull the chord on and then you can not switch off temporarily. Do you think its a problem with shower itself or something else.

I also want to operate the shower from button on it not from the chord. Is it possible to do that?

I have also uploaded the image of shower.

Regards

fault on the shower, probably. try contact triton.

Your selector switch should have 4 usable positions, one of which should switch it off
If its busted, try the Shower Doctor site where they hold spares for many and various models

I agree with previous comments. It's a popular shower so plenty of spares should be available out there to fix it.

If you take a look on Triton's website, they offer a cheaper price (£23.77) for this part, diagrams on the webpage, and technical support over the phone / via email:

Enlight Electric Shower - Triton Showers - https://www.tritonshowers.co.uk/electric-showers/enlight-electric-shower.html?spares=true

In all honesty, you should be able to simply disconnect the old wires individually and replace them with the new wires in-turn. Your best bet would be to hire someone proficient with the task if you're in doubt (there's no shame in that, we're not masters at everything).

I hope this helps!
