I am in no position to comment as I run my own company, but this is a text that is doing the rounds and is coming up all over my FB and Twitter feeds. Thought it might be of use to some of you lads on the cards.

Aldermaston, Three Bridges and Tottenham Court Road Jobs have all shown how to beat Umbrella companies and bogus self employment, by downing tools, calling in Unite and refusing to go back till they are directly employed. If you don't want to take home £100 less this week, call a meeting and take a vote on downing tools as well. Together we can beat these parasite agencies and get paid what we deserve. Please pass on
