A recent post made reference to the vd figures for a lightly loaded cable could be adjusted to reflect the fact that the cable was running nowhere near it's maximum ccc. Is there any basis for this in 7671? I think it may have been Ian 1981 who posted this in reply to a question.

If it is known that only led lights are going to be used, is there any room for 'judgement' to be used on the 5% allowance
