I’ve been using Hager junction boxes for ever .all been specified and now I looking for alternatives
Wago’s 773 or 221 .
Any preferences , been racking my brains etc
 
That depends what you are connecting. If its solid core and coarse stranded conductors for permanent connections then the 773 are good.

If you need to connect stranded conductors, make temporary connections then the 221 are suitable.
