Whitecroft lighting CPDMGAMMA

Hello everyone, I have had never installed one of these before.. And the problem I'm having is it is already installed at the facility and I'm not sure on how to wire it up.. Any help will be appreciated..
I just need to know does this unit come with a default setting... Also the lighting comes of the unit using plugs..
I just can't make out were the switch wires will come of this unit..
Does the unit require SELV Downlights??
I tried contacting Whitecroft lighting via phone and email several occasions, not once did they reply back..

My experience of these is that it is plug and play with the Patch leads provided and it has to be commosioned by Whitecroft, Whitecroft should allow for commissioning in their quote. But this is for a new install.

To add to the above, no not selv fittings, but does need Dali ballasts.
