    I think the only alternate is to put a pull cord for the fan because the other two suggestions you put will have the fan running without the shower being turned on. Thank you for all your help. Much appreciated

    A client wants 2 fans in a bathroom, one for the normal bathroom and one solely for the shower to come on when the shower is switched on. I am not sure how to wire the shower fan because if you put it on a timer the permanent live will be protected by a 45 amp MCB and not 6 amp as it should be...
