Used electric base online for the first time recently and there prices were great. As in better than I was getting over the counter! Now have a garage load of White hager sockets and switches. £2.30 for a double pole double socket. About 70p for a 1 gang light switch. Proper bargains

    Ck pliers 160/180/200

The price is about the same as Amazon. I just got a fresh pair of ck side snips with the notches for 1.5 and 2.5. They We're £20 and the standard side snips from that set were £15

I would try and get the meter changed to a digital meter. Would give you a tad more room

    Grip it

Have always used hollow wall anchors with an applicator tool like these http://www.NoLinkingToThis/c/screws-nails-fixings/cavity-fixings/cat7280101?cm_sp=level3-_-screwsfixings-_-hollowwall Really easy to use and only leave a small hole if removed (just use a drill bit for metal)

    SDS scutch. What brand?

I have the armeg one which is alright. Just needs a bit of adjustment with a lump hammer every now and then...

Wall Chasing Machine for installing electrical wiring?

Just buy a wall chaser and decent dust extractor. A floor to ceiling chase can be done in less than 10min with minimal damage. Just chase and take the middle out with the SDS with a flat bit on. With a bit of practise you can cut back boxes out too.

    Hoover for wall chasing

I ruined an L class metabo in a day chasing. The m class ones are a lot of money but they will handle the dust much better. I have just got some dust bags with a zip at the bottom too so really easy to empty and reuse.
