    The meter says power consumption is 15 units per day when it should be 2 or 3 units per day. The meter says power consumption is still 15 units per day even when the main circuit breaker is off. The display on the meter is blank half of the time.

    Yes, I've contacted SSE. They are my supplier and the meter has their name on it. They told me to turn the power off for an hour. I'm looking for information to back up their statement that the meter can continue to record power being used for up to 30 minutes after the power is turned off.
