    Shipping Container as a Shed

    Looking a bit of advice as to the classification of a steel shipping container that is to be used as a workshop, with fluorescent fittings, a couple of twin sockets and a 16A supply to a lathe. Would a 20' shipping container be classed as a conducting location with restrictive movement?
