been to a job today, nothing fancy. fit 2 pendants and double dimmer, and a double socket (spurred from CU which is about 6 ft. away), in a conservatory that has had the roof plasterboarded. opened CU to find a rat's nest "installed" 2019. every terminal apart from the factory fitted ones was loose. guy charged £450 for a dual RCD CU, both socket circuits on the same RCD. this crap really grinds my gears.

I fitted an extra double socket in a garage today back to the MK Dual RCD board that was fitted in 2018 by a NIC A/C. Didn't take a picture but that was RAF too and I also had to tighten some terminals. And the spare 16a MCB that I connected into had a question mark drawn on its corresponding label, idiots !
