Bathroom light switches - what are you guys fitting?

I’ve just done a refurb and they paid 9k for an all singing and dancing toilet in the en-suite that flips the lid up when you walk in, light comes on, washes, dries etc

£9k for a thunderbox ? That's almost MP expenses territory !

More kin money than sense some people, when I pee at night the only thing on my mind is listening for the splash, and getting back into bed before her indoors nicks all the bedding.

Have a clean slate of a bathroom to first fix. My builder mentioned that I should go for door activated or even movement PIR .. not keen. Also I’m not really interested in switch outside as it’s likely to get switched off by someone either accidentally or as a prank. Think I will stick to a pull chord with fan isolator above door on outside. Anyone recommend any trendy new high tech stuff that they’ve been installing?

I'm afraid I'd have to pee whilst kneeling for that to dry anything successfully
