I apologize if I double post. It think it went through the first time.
So much OLD information on the web for out dated code it's overwhelming. I watched a near two hour You Tube video on NEC 680 2020 code!
Last year I used a 12 Amp extension cord to my pool pump as a temporary fix. I want to run a proper power supply to the pool pump this year as well as bonding the pool.
I will be digging a trench by hand. I want to be clear on the NEC rules. How I read it was I only have to bury the PVC 12" if it will be GFCI protected? Is this correct? If I can shave off 6" from the 18" I'll do it!
Pump cable no longer require to be twist lock?
I think that really is my only questions I want to be 100% on.
Thanks in advance
