Hi , I’m going install a commercial 450mm extractor fan , what size and type of cable should i use ?

Surely that's going to come down to rating of fan, length of run, install method etc?
 
Need to know more than the information provided and if you don’t already know not sure you should be installing it in the first place.

As the above reply said, need the type of system installed back to the dno/fan power rating/distance between ccu and fan etc
