What's the best way to terminate cables buried in the floor ?

I've just looked at a job were a wall's being removed, the socket built into the wall is on a ring main and the cables are buried in the floor. As above, what's the best way to terminate. Any advice greatfully accepted.

you could fit a K/O box in the floor with a metal cover plate cut to fit flush with the floor. then use M/F connectors in the box.

good idea, but not in our gaff. her indoors would trip over a dead match.

For goodness sake, install a new leg for the RFC, join it under the screed indeed!!!!!!

No idea!! As i wouldn't contemplate or allow any cabling within a floor screed unless it was contained in a point to point conduit system or ducting!!

Without saying e54.

I useda cheap newlec resin joint this week to sort out a fuk up and wasn't happy to leave it Ina manhole never mind concrete. But take your chances .
