Hi, I currently have a light that was wired as 3 way and am replacing it with a ceiling fan/light combo. What I want to do is wire the switches so they operate independently so light switch in one location and fan in the other. The power wire enters where the light switch would be going and there is a 12-3 wire that runs from each switch location to where the fan/light is. The fan switch requires a neutral and the light switch does not. The below image is what I was thinking but not being an electrician I am looking for feedback if this is correct. I didn't show the grounds connected for clarity as I think it's obvious they all connect together. Thanks in advance
