Ceiling wiring

Hi I’ve attached a picture of the wiring from my bedroom ceiling, would someone be able to tell me which way round the live and neutral wires go please? https://pin.it/7DASYVL

L (brown) into the extreme left with the single black. N (blue) into the extreme right with the 3 blacks. anf that exposed copper on one of the reds (permanent L) needs sorting. isolate at fuse board first as even with the light switch off, those reds are still live.
