How do they work and what is the difference between them and anti static floors??

Conductive floors are used commonly in electronics factories to keep static charges down. The floor is resistive and is bonded to earth at points around its perimeter, and workers wear heel-grounders to keep them at the same potential as the floor. Don't know if this helps? Daz
