Discuss Confusing light switch connections in the DIY Electrical Advice area at ElectriciansForums.net
Seemed to have reached an impasse Paul, where you should have employed a local electrician who knows what they are about to swap the switch over, sorry to be blunt but it happens time after time, people think it's a simple job, when in fact it takes a professional to sort it out in the end.I am replacing an old 2 gang switch with a new one (photo attached).
I know this is going to be a very simple question to answer, but;
There are no screw terminals that I can see and I am trying to work out how I connect wiring.
I have never come across a switch like this before. Anybody help?View attachment 47813
