I agree, "thank yous" are few and far between, and when I get them in writing - whether it be an email, a letter or a scribbled note with a cheque, I put them to one side should I ever need them!

all my work is recommends, this comes after learning that Yellow pages, the telephone book, Thompson Local, and some internet scam, (something street) took thousands off me, promised the world and delivered NISH!
One of these clients is having 32 LEDS off me, with mark up! I'm learning how o be a business man!

tradesman business man and sales man all rolled into one :)
it`s nice to get a thanks makes all the graft worth while. thats one thing i always make sure i do when i have arranged any other trades either for me or a customer is to say thanks and if I miss them its a phone call to say it, just the way i was brought up i think.
