Discuss Decorative PIR switch or time lag switch . in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Where is it for Lee?

There are some recessed pirs that are reasonably flush so don't look too out of place. I can't remember the manufacturer off hand but get them from R&B star.

I've just put motion sensor light switch in google and these popped up.

sorry should of said it's to replace a normal switch. The switch is fed so have a neutral at it but want something half decent looking if it exists.
Try Danlers they do pir switches to replace a light switch with and without neural ,if you have a deep enough back box they do one to fit in grid plate which you could fit into decorative grid plate.
