SOMEONE HAS REMOVED THE SPADE CONNECTORS FROM THIS DIMPLEX PLX1250 PANEL HEATER, JUST NEED CLARITY ON WHERE THEY RE-CONNET TO ?

THE FLEX FROM FUSED OUTLET ISNT SHOWN IN PICTURE
