I've come across this incomer, looks like 10mm conductors.

The dno has upgraded the meter and used a 100A fuse.

So my question is, does this need reported or can I do whatever work I please along as I don't overload the 100A fuse 🤔

It may not be an 100A fuse inside.
The earth-clamp alone is enough reason to be talking to the DNO in my opinion.

What type of cable is that? Is it singles in conduit or is it MICC? With a clamp on pot for the earth? If it's MI, it might be large enough, partly because the solid conductor is larger than it looks, and partly because of its high current rating for a given size.

I wondered if it was MICC. Would it be possible for them to be double insulated (as they stand) if it was?

Whatever it is, its the incoming supply cable but looks a bit DIY with the earth clamp to provide TN-S earth connection?

Yes looking at it again I see the female bush now. 7/.052 looks about right, just under 10 sqmm. Anybody spot the strands of earth that didn't make it into the clamp terminal?
