I have been asked to tender for a new build 3 storey house. I will be pricing it myself using a per point price basis as a guideline, and I am interested to see what an estimator would price it at and see how the prices would compare. Does anyone have any recommendations of an estimator we could use? I have found a few online but would prefer anyone recommended.
Thanks in advance
