Moved in february last year and started re wire bout 2 months later. Due to work other commitments time and money all that is left now is a new cooker circuit and kitchen socket circuit which will be done when my old kitchen is ripped out.

Started with a hideous proteus board, put up a nice new mk with it and last week spent the day pulling all the cables back into the next room, this was a pain in the --- pulled one at a time back through the joists and also through an old brick wall as the part it was in was an addition to the old part, so this was time consuming being on my own.

Overall though....im quite happy with it. Looks a lot better than it used to. Still gotta rip out the rest of the cupboard and then gonna box it all in with a door to it.

Out of curiosity why the tray and plastic ties for the tails?

Surely plastic clips, designed for tails, would have done the same job.

Looks good though.

MK.... Cough.......Hager.....Cough
