I am a law-abiding citizen in his 40's who is getting sick to the back teeth if I'm honest.... I have paid my taxes and been a good boy since 16 years old when I started my apprenticeship. I am part P registered in order to do things properly, and these scum-bags lie, steal and cheat their way through life and nobody does a damn thing about it. It's like watching the traffic cop programs where some retard speeds through a town centre at 100mph until he crashes into a wall and the police give him a warning for not stopping, yet you hit 45mph in a 40 zone and instant fine/points.

LABC (Manchester anyway) are only interested in how much cash they can get out of it.

And here we get to the heart of the matter.
Only laws that make money are enforced , eg speed cameras.
Even if the council win it'll cost them a packet in legal costs.
We cant even kick known terrorists out of our country without human rights infringement.

And here we get to the heart of the heart of the matter. Legal "experts" can charge hundreds of pounds per hour resulting in law being the playground of the rich.
