I got thinking the other day how people might scam money out of this FITs
If i register a 4kw system with my DNO and have all the pretty panels on my roof and agenerator to prove it, do the DNO undertake any further checks to verify the installation
as what it is?
If they dont then what would stop some one putting fake solar panels (eg photcopies) on the roof and racjing up the generation meter some other way?
