Im with Tel, the concrete is the fire barrier not the plasterboard.

I would be carfull about adapting MR16 fittings to 240v gu10 as the fiitings may have only been designed for 12v and may now req earthing

Wasn't me saying adapting, I'm in the replacement using fire rated modular down light camp

I'm camp fire rated. Can sit next to one of those with a beer or seven for a while.
