As that 'other' thread got closed down, just thought I'd report back, that I made it to 6.30pm on the works do. As the others expressed their intentions to continue on until 5 in the morning, I said my farewells and scurried off home, for my cocoa & slippers.

Still feeling the effects of yesterday afternoons, lashings of Guinness and a strange one, where the landlord couldn't afford real Guinness. Off to the shops soon, to get some more booze for Xmas, just in case it snows or Kim Jong-in, fires off one this way.

Need a bottle of cream sherry, for the cake of course.
