Informa Alarm Keypad

Hello,

Doing a bit of work at a car garage and basically he tested his burglar alarm last week and it didnt dial out to his phone as it should do.

This is the keypad below, does anybody know of where i could get a manual for this, the phone line is working too so cant be that.


Any info would be great.
